The detergent sheet shaking up the laundry category.
The laundry sector has remained relatively unchanged since the introduction of laundry pods in 2001, which provided consumers with a more convenient washing option. However, concerns about sustainability and excessive plastic have prompted a reevaluation of pod usage. We were presented with the opportunity to establish a brand from the ground up, centered around a novel laundry sheet design that eliminates plastic entirely.
We developed a tone of voice that really brought the brand’s personality to life. Instead of sounding generic or overly polished, we focused on making the language feel warm, confident, and a little playful, just like the brand itself. By shaping how the brand speaks, we added a layer of personality that helped it connect with customers on a more human level, building trust and making it more memorable.
